The Green Hill Marching Band was rated the Best Marching Band in the Class A category at the Contest of Champions Marching Band Contest on October 26, 2024 in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Class A bands do not compete in the Finals, but Green Hill Marching Band performed in exhibition during the finals.

Hi! My name is Sarah Dee,
and I earned my degree in Child Development and Family Studies from Middle
Tennessee State University. My passion for working with children and families
began early on, and I have always known I wanted a career focused on helping
families support their children in reaching important developmental milestones.
While at MTSU, I interned with the Home and Community-Based Early Intervention
Program, which strengthened my commitment to family-centered, routine-based
practices. I have been working as an Early Interventionist for the past 3 years
and love partnering with families to provide practical strategies that support

Fall has arrived and the Hometown Heros banner is still there, in front of the court house. The Barr kids visit their grandfather's flag that is all decked out for the fall. Veterans Day is the last day to fly!
(Great news!! Just learned the banner will fly again from Memorial Day to Veterans Day in 2025 in a new street location!)
